What BEST colored markers to use color anime / manga drawing? Which is the best for drawing ink pen?
I am looking for marker set (ex: Copic) which cost less than $ 70 and have at least 24 colors, please include links and prices. Please also say if the seeds are replaceable, rechargeable, and / or achocal based. Also please include what you liked, what you hate about the markers. And please include what pen you use when you ink your image. PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO BUY COPIC! Thank love!
