How do I get dark blue paint to cover uneven walls?
My son painting my room a dark blue. St. Louis Cardinals Navy blue to be exact. We have four and a wall wearing a coat still not closed. You can see the dots of light showing through and where the edge of the ground where we were rolling on the paint. Any suggestions? Are roller with rough sleeping to give the wall a little texture and cover the lights and darks?
If you do not fit, you must have, with the primary close to the blue color to dark. If you use cheap paint, which could explain some lack of coverage. A roller with a sleeping more can help, if one has using one for the smooth wall, move up to semi-smooth. Rough surface texture of the roller will not give if you use it right, it is only intended to get paint to the surface rough, and will continue to paint again. You may not use enough paint. Do not try to stretch it out. Refreshing the paint on the roller often, and once it rolls out in wall. To avoid any sign of a roller, I often find very helpful to work with the edge of the roller that has the least pressure on it pointing to the new paint. If you have other edge of new paint, it tends to leave your back if you press too hard in an effort to make the paint cover.
