Can you use pure-Vitamin E oil as a body moisturizer?
I heard that Vitamin E oil is supposed to fantastic for skin. Luckily, unlike some people, it does not irritate my skin. So I was wondering whether I could use it all over my body as a body oil.
I have two big bottles of 30,000 IU pure Vitamin E oil.
yes you can just don't use too much it can make your skin kind of greasy but you can used it all over your body I use it like a night face cream I see a good result on my face it improves wrinkles dryness also use it specially if your have stretch marks if helps alot.
